Vitamin B12.  You Need It!

Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin found in many foods. 

It helps maintain healthy blood and assists in the creation of important proteins.  Signs of inadequate B12 in people can include memory problems or confusion, as well as an elevated risk of developing anemia.
