10. Your session starts by the therapist's
salutation: "Heyyy.. How ya' doing? Great. Go ahead
and start on the bike."
9. Sharing recipes is part of your regular
therapy routine.
8. Walking on a treadmill is part of your
treatment for elbow or neck pain.
7. In three weeks of care you've seen the
therapist, the assistant, an aide, a student, the maintenance
man, and someone named "Murray "---and they all have different
ideas about what to do with you.
6. You've heard the phrase, "No pain, no
gain", one too many times.
5. Lots of machines and exercise...but no one
putting their hands skillfully on you.
4. You find yourself doing exercises that you
could easily be doing at home.
3. You're actually becoming friends with other
patients your therapist is sharing your time with.
